Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent No.1. Mr. Sonawane, accepts notice for respondent No.2 and submits that the respondent No.2 would take decision upon the representation filed by the petitioner on its own merits.

In view of that, in case the application / representation of the petitioner (page 85) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within four (04) months. 4.
