Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, perused the pleadings in the petition, grounds taken therein, the earlier order passed by the Division Bench, affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondents and the relevant documents placed on record. Admittedly, the petitioner was granted an additional division on permanent non grant basis in the year, 2003-04. In the month of July, 2009, the word "permanent" has been removed by the

7591.14wp State Government by issuing Government Resolution. If the period is reckoned from July, 2009 onwards, the petitioners became entitled for 20% grants in the academic year, 2013-14. The decision of the State Government to grant 20% grants for the additional division is in consonance with the policy of the State Government.

We do not see any reason to entertain this petition. Hence, the petition is rejected.
