The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has made grievance before the Chief Executive Officer with regard to his transfer as per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2018. If a candidate has any grievance with regard to the transfer, he has to approach the Chief Executive Officer of the said Zilla Parishad and if order is passed by the Chief Executive Officer, he can file further appeal before the Commissioner.

The petitioner may file an application before the Chief Executive Officer raising grievance of his transfer. The Chief Executive Officer, within 7 days after the receipt of the application from the petitioner and communication of the order of this Court to him by the 1/2
