1] The applicants were directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of the order dated 1.8.2014. Pursuant thereto, the applicants have deposited the said amount. The writ petition is subsequently disposed of vide order dated 27.4.2015 by recording the statement of the respondents.

2] Considering the fact that the writ petition is disposed of by accepting the statement of the respondents, there would be no impediment to allow the

3] Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.
