The petitioner is aggrieved by judgment and award dated 15.06.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon in Land Acquisition Reference Nos. 1 of 2017, 2 of 2017, 3 of 2017, 4 of 2017, 5 of 2017, 6 of 2017, 7 of 2017 and 8 of 2017. 2.
Perusal of the judgments will demonstrate that the learned Reference Court has considered the evidence to hold that the petitioners have failed to make out a case for enhancement of compensation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in connected matter amount of compensation is enhanced relying upon almost the same evidence. The judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1898 can be assailed by filing appeal under Section 54 of the said Act. 4.
The Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the said remedy of filing appeal.
5.
Petitioners will be entitled to pray that time spend in prosecuting present petition be excluded in view of the Section 14 of the limitation Act, 1963.
