AfÏdavit-in-reply is filed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 Chief Executive OfÏcer and the Education OfÏcer (Primary) contending that provisional pension is sanctioned to the petitioners in the month of October and November of 2025. Petitioners make grievance that till date they have not received any provisional pension.

Learned advocate for respondents Zilla Parishad undertakes to pay the petitioners provisional pension within two weeks and the retiral benefits within four weeks from today. 3.

We record the said statement as undertaking to this Court and dispose of both the contempt petitions. If the provisional pension is not released to the petitioners within two weeks and if the entire retiral benefits are not paid to the petitioners within four weeks from today, the same will be treated as aggravated form of contempt.
