This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned Judgment and award dated 29th January 2020 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 248 of 2017.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of fifteen weeks from today.

In view of the undertaking given by the applicant that entire decretal amount would be deposited in this Court within fifteen weeks from today, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and thereby stay is granted to the effect, operation and implementation of the Judgment and award dated 29th January 2020 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 248 of 2017. 4.
