Learned APP made statement that after making investigation, the police have filed 'C' summary report and accordingly report dated 30.010.2014 is submitted by the Investigation Officer to him. The report was shown to this Court. Both the proceedings are arising out of CR No. 34/2015. As 'C' summary report is filed, there is no need to consider Criminal Writ Petitions No. 977/ 2014 and 985/2014. If JMFC does not accept the 'C' summary report, then there will be liberty to the petitioners to come to this court again. Both the petitions are disposed of as infructions.

Criminal Writ petition No. 984 of 2014 will be heard for final disposal on 18.04.2015.
