Heard the learned advocate for the applicant who is the original petitioner and the learned AGP.

It is being pointed out that by the final order dated 11-07-2023, the writ petition was disposed of directing the respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's objection (Exhibit - F). It is now being pointed out that erroneously instead of Deputy Registrar, the name of Assistant Registrar has appeared as respondent no. 4 and even the direction was given to the respondent no. 3 in the order, instead of respondent no. 4. Request is being made to carry out both the corrections.

Learned AGP submits that he has no objection.

The application is allowed.

In the title of the writ petition, the nomenclature of the respondent no. 4 is permitted to be corrected as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

After such amendment is carried out, our order dated 11-07-2023 be modified by replacing No. 3 by No. 4 in both the paragraphs of the order dated 11-07-2023 and a fresh order be uploaded.
