DATE : 12th October, 2022 PER COURT:
1.
By an order dated 16/01/2020, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.13516/2019, a period of six months was granted for issuing a Notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation, Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the said Act'), and thereafter, the acquisition proceedings was to be completed within the time stipulated under the provisions of the said Act. 2.
The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions from the respondents, that the Notification under Section 11 has been published on 04/10/2021. It is further submitted that, as one year

3.
We record the statement of the respondents, that the award would be delivered on or before 15/02/2023. Needless to state, there would be no extension of time and non-compliance of the above, would amount to an aggravated contempt. 4.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. (SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
