By way of this application, the original petitioner is seeking to add respondents no. 7 and 8 and to amend the writ petition. 3.

Since the writ petition is still to be admitted, the respondents will have an opportunity to controvert the portions being sought to be inserted by way of the amendment. No prejudice is likely to be caused to them by allowing the amendment to be incorporated. 4.

The application is allowed as prayed for for adding the respondents and for amending the writ petition. 5.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
