It is not in dispute that in connected matters arising out of same acquisition, this Court has permitted claimants to withdraw 75% of the amount vide order dated 20th July, 2024 passed in Civil Application No. 6509/2024 First Appeal Stamp No. 9505/2019.

In that view of the matter and considering the fact that notification under section 4 is of the year 1996, civil Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 921-CA-8202-2024 application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 4.
Applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety, to the satisfaction of Registrar(Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

Learned AGP undertakes to remove office objections in First Appeals Nos. 1889/2024, 1890/2024 and 1891/2024, within four weeks from today.
