The petitioner who claims to be the grand son of a freedom fighter has been questioning the appointment of the respondent No. 4 in the services of the respondent No. 2-Food and Drug Administration of the State on the ground that it was obtained fraudulently. 3.

The petitioner's grievance addressed to the Government had triggered a direction (Exh. 'I') to the Commissioner of Food and Drug -respondent No. 2 calling upon an enquiry to be made. It appears that in turn the respondent No. 2 by addressing a letter dated 13.04.2022 to the respondent No. 3 Collector has requested for undertaking an enquiry into the petitioner's allegations and for submission of a report. 4.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that necessary decision 1/2

We dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to undertake the enquiry and to forward the report pursuant to the communication dated 13.04.2022 received by his office from the respondent No. 2, under intimation to the petitioner.
