Present applications have been filed for getting the delay of 912 days condoned in filing first appeals. The State-acquiring body intends to file appeal challenging the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court. The learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is huge and inordinate delay which has not been properly explained. 2.

Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the applications, liberal approach is taken and the delay is hereby condoned.
