1] Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner assails the suspension order issued on 30.10.2014. The learned counsel sought to canvass the submissions with regard to various aspects.

2] Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 & 3 submits that the departmental enquiry has been concluded, show cause notice is issued to the petitioner giving him 10 days time to reply. The said time came to an end on

WP 9258/15 - 2 - 29.8.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even reply has been given to the show cause notice by the petitioner. Only decision has now remained to be taken, which would be taken by the respondent authorities expeditiously.

3] As the enquiry itself is concluded and even the show cause notice on conclusion of the enquiry has been issued, reply to the show cause notice has also been given by the petitioner, in the light of all these facts, the issue of suspension now would not be germane to be dealt with. Naturally, the petitioner would be entitled to assail, if any adverse orders are passed against him. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs. (K.L. WADANE, J.) (S.V.
