This Application has been filed the Applicant for condonation of delay of 23 days in preferring this Revision Petition/Application against the order of the Additional Sessions Judge at Beed, in Sessions Case No.254 of 2022 dated 12 February 2025.

I have perused the Application for condonation of delay and heard Mr. Hange, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Lavte, learned APP for the State.

From a perusal of the Application, a case for condonation of delay has been made out as there is sufficient cause shown to condone such delay. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the Application by
