2] Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the applicants/appellants are agriculturists, delay of 228 days in filing the appeal has caused.

4] Considering the reasons made out in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned, on the condition that the applicants/ appellants would not claim any statutory interest in case, enhancement in compensation is granted in the appeal.

5] The application is accordingly allowed without any order as to costs.
