Mr Undre, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had raised the objection before the Sub Divisional Officer, Kallamb, Dist. Osmanabad raising grievance about ward formation, reservation and the voters list. None of the objections are considered in right earnest by the respondents. The objections to the voters list is raised on 24.11.2020, so also, in the year 2019. The petitioner is consistently prosecuting his grievance with the respondent-authorities, but of no avail. 2.

We have heard Mr Kadethankar, the learned counsel for the Election Commission and the the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

It appears that the petitioner was given opportunity to raise the objection to the voters list from 1st December, 2020 to 7th December, 2020.

2 2014-WP-8064-2020 During that schedule, the petitioner did not raise any objection. Eventually, the final voters list is published. Now, even election programme has been declared on 15th December, 2020. The nominations are to be received from 23rd December, 2020.

In light of that, the grievance raised by the petitioner now cannot be considered.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
