Criminal Application No. 2612 of 2023 is for condonation of delay of 143 days caused in filing criminal appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Nanded dated 27.12.2022 in Sessions Case No. 180 of 2020. Learned counsel gave two reasons for delay which are reflected in para 2 of the application. Considering the same, application for condonation of delay is allowed.
