The civil applications are filed seeking stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and order dated 25.04.2019 passed by the District Court, Dhule before whom the award was challenged. 2.

Appellants to deposit the entire awarded amount before the competent authority. The respondent shall be at liberty to withdraw the

Subject to the aforesaid amount being deposited within four weeks from today, the Judgment and order dated 25th April, 2019 passed in Civil Misc. Application Nos. 59/2017 and 60/2017 shall remain suspended during pendency of the present appeals. 4.
