Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGP. These applications are fled for carrying out the amendment in the cross-objection for enhancement of the amount. In view of the submissions and reasons stated in the applications, the applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". 2.

Applicants to carry out the amendment within stipulated period. Applications are accordingly disposed of. IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4876 OF 2020 :

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 2284 days in fling cross-objection. The learned AGP strongly opposed the

However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 2284 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.
