A motion is moved for Speaking to the Minutes in respect of the order dated 21st March 2023. Both the rival Counsel submit that it was wrongly pointed out that the appeal of respondent No.1 and 2 was transferred to District Court, Hingoli. In fact, it has been transferred to District Court, Basmat, District Hingoli. As such, the word "Hingoli" in the aforesaid order be replaced by "Basmat"
