In view of the order passed by this Court (Coram : N. W. Sambre, J. ) on 11th July, 2017 in Civil Revision Application No.96 of 2017, the Applicants have moved the present civil application. Thus, considering the bona fide mistake committed by the Applicants, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
