The only grievance is that, though Scrutiny Committee has directed the Sub Divisional Officer to issue the Tribe Certificates, the Sub Divisional Officer has not yet issued

The learned A. G. P. on instructions states that, the concerned Sub Divisional Officer would issue the Tribe Certificates as per the directions of the Committee within three

(3) weeks. The said statement is accepted. Writ petitions is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
