Mr Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would restrict the present petition to the extent of prayer clause (B), thereby seeking direction against the respondents to decide the representation dated 16.03.2020 and 13.07.2020. 2.

Mr Pulkundwar, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits according to law preferably within a period of three months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
