The learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that an appeal would lie to the respondent No. 2 and requests for early decision of the challenge which the petitioner would be putting up and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with that liberty. 3.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to tender appropriate appeal to the respondent No. 2 within two weeks, whereupon the respondent No. 2 shall take appropriate decision on its own merits within four weeks thereafter.
