Mr. Tandale, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the names of the petitioners have not been recorded in the revenue record though there is order passed by the Additional Collector, Latur, to that effect.

The learned AGP points out that a Committee has been constituted to look into such grievances under the Government Circular dated 13.02.20215.

If the petitioners approach the concerned Committee, the Committee to take necessary steps within one month from the date, on which petitioners approached it.
