Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have complied with the order dated 7th October 2014 passed by this Court in Writ PetitionNo. 4598 of 2012 vide appointment letter dated 29th August 2016 to the petitioner and does not press this Contempt Petition. Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 confirmed that the order passed by this Court on 7th October 2014 is complied with.

In view of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 having complied with the order passed by this Court on 29th August, 2016, we

ord.sr.no.24.odt do not propose to take any action against respondent Nos. 3 and 4 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
