In view of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the acquiring body has deposited Rs.90,63,595/- in this Court. In addition to this amount, an additional amount is required to be paid to one of the petitioner, whose portion of land was considered as irrigated land. 2.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the acquiring body submits that the amount deposited in this Court would be withdrawn by the acquiring body and on 29.04.2022, the required registration of sale deeds

1167.21WP+ would be done at Taluka Chakur, Dist. Latur in the office of the Sub-Registrar, at 11.00 a.m. At the time of registry, the entire amount would be paid to the petitioners through demand drafts/banker's cheques.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that all the petitioners would remain present at the said time, date and place for the registry.

In view of the above, these petitions are worked out and stand disposed off.

We direct the Registry to transfer the entire amount deposited in this Court to the account of respondent no.3, details of which are mentioned hereunder:- Executive Engineer, Latur Minor Irrigation Division Account No.62018292775 State Bank of India, Latur IFS Code : SBIN0020885 6.

The registry shall forthwith transfer the amount keeping in view that the acquiring body has to make the entire payment to the petitioners on 29th April, 2022. (S.G.DIGE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) SGA
