By order dated 14.10.2024, the petitioner was directed to make representation to the respondents seeking interest on the amount of commutation of pension.

Respondent No.5 has filed reply stating that the representation of the petitioner is rejected on 22.11.2024 as there is no provision in the Rules to pay interest on the commutation of pension amount.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a grievance that the said decision is never communicated to the petitioner. 4.

Be that as it may, since the decision is taken pursuant to the directions of this Court, contempt petition is disposed of. 5.
