The present appeals are filed by the Acquiring Body and there is enhancement of five times from what is granted by the Land Acquisition Officer.

The appeals are admitted subject to deposit of entire amount. The applications filed for withdrawal of amount. As the lands are small and there is no connected corresponding matter decided, I deem it appropriate to permit the applicant to withdraw 75 % amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon till date on an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Upon such undertaking is produced, the Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount as directed above. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.

In delay condonation application, the delay of 2565 days caused in filing the appeal. The appellant/applicant prays for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the application the said application is allowed and disposed of.

The appeal is Admitted.
