Both the parties have submitted the joint affdavit cum terms of compromise arrived at between the parties. Respondent-wife is present, virtually. Learned counsel Mr. Surve appearing in MCA No.47 of 2018 aaa/-

MCA 47.2018+.odt submits that the applicant-husband is also present in the High Court Premises, however, he could not enter into the building of the High Court due to pandemic restrictions. Learned counsel submits that, however, the affdavit is submitted jointly and the learned counsel has instructions to make submissions with regard to the terms of the compromise.

In terms of the joint affdavit-cum-terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, both the Misc. Civil Applications are disposed off.
