The present Petition is filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the challenging the Administrative order dated 03.04.2024, communicated by the Registrar, District and Sessions Court Latur to the learned District Judge-1, Udgir, Dist. Latur for transfer of RCC No. 269 of 2014 to the Court o Sessions. 2.

Needless to say that the communication dated 03.04.2024 is not the judicial order. Therefore, the writ petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. This Court has no power to entertain the present petition exclusively under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India when the order dated 03.04.2024 is passed by invoking

914wp1332-24 powers under the Criminal Procedure Code.
