The petitioner which is a Hamal Panchayat is seeking to enforce the Government resolution dated 29.04.2008 and 06.07.2017 regarding payment of dearness allowance and its periodical revision. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner' s representation (Exhibit 'B') is pending with the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to them to consider and pass appropriate order and take appropriate steps. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take decision on the petitioner's representation (Exhibit 'B') dated 10.10.2020 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from today.
