At the request of petitioners leave to add party respondent. Mr. Navardar, the learned counsel waives notice for respondents including added party.

The petitioners claim pension and pensionary benefits. 3.

The petitioners have already approached the respondents with regard to the claim. Mr. Navandar, the learned counsel on instructions submits that welfare inspector is appointed. He will verify the claim and the representation will be decided by the authority. Mr. Navardar, the learned counsel on instructions
