A request is made for extension of time to decide the application of the present Respondent No. 1 for change of caste in the school record as directed by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2014 in Writ Petition No. 438 of 2013.

We have heard Mr. Bankar Patil and Mr. Bhumkar, the learned counsel for the applicant and Respondent No. 1. 3.

Without going into the merits of the rival contentions made against each other, we extend the time granted by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2014 in Writ Petition No. 438 of 2013 to decide the said proposal / representation as directed in the said order by two (2) months from today. Civil application is disposed of.
