Mr. Mukul Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioner strenuously urged that powers exercised by In-charge Assistant Charity Commissioner, Dhule are not in tune to the scheme under Section 73A of the Act and has sought quashing of the impugned order dated 20/05/2015.

With the assistance, I have perused the application Exhibit-14 and order passed thereunder.

The Assistant Charity Commissioner in tune to the provisions of Section 73A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act has passed the order and allowed the application for intervention in view of the interest of claimant in the trust.

In view of above, in my opinion, no illegality could be noticed in the impugned order. The petition fails, same stands dismissed.
