Considering the fact that the petitioner is challenging the order of the Education Officer (Secondary) dated 21-02-2024 refusing to grant approval to her appointment as Assistant Teacher. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach to the committee / forum created by the government resolution dated 27-03-2024.

If the appeal / application is preferred within three weeks, it shall not be rejected on the ground of limitation provided for in that government resolution.
