The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of the proposal whereby the management was soliciting approval to his transfer from unaided to aided division, by the order dated 19-07-2024 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Beed. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy and the forum provided for by the government resolution dated 27-03-2024.
