The petitioners proposal for validation of his tribe certificate is pending with the respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee. 3.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the matter has been sent for vigilance enquiry and the Committee would decide the proposal within four months.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Pharmacy student who has completed the graduation and is in need of validity certificate to undertake post graduation.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, to decide the proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six weeks from today. The petitioner shall co-operate the Committee.
