The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that, petitioners have alternate remedy of appeal under Clause 5 of the Government Resolution dated 01.07.2016.

Sub-cause (v) of Clause 5 of the Government Resolution dated 01.07.2016 provides two appeals.

The petitioners may avail the said remedy.

In that event, all contentions are kept open.

The authorities shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present petitions.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
