Heard the learned Counsel for the receptive parties. 2.

Both the learned Counsels have submitted that a joint pursis was filed before the Civil Court, whereby, both the parties have agreed to maintain the status-quo as regards the suit property. 3.

Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, the present petition is disposed of.

As far as the order passed by the District Collector, Latur under Section 308 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 is concerned, the same is stayed by this Court vide its order dated 24.08.2022. 5.

Therefore, in view of the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court, the present petition is disposed of thereby directing that the

939wp8732.22 order passed by the Civil Court shall be binding upon the petitioner. 6.

The trial Court to decide the suit without being influenced by the orders passed by the District Collector and this Court. 7.

As both the learned Counsel submit that the Civil suit is of the year 2020, the trial Court is directed to decide the same within a period of one year from today.
