If the petitioner continues to deposit maintenance amount of Rs.2,500/- per month, the Court, without insisting upon the execution of the decree, shall proceed to decide the appeal on its own merits, expeditiously. If the petitioner deposits the amount of Rs.2,500/- per month, as observed herein above, the Court will be at liberty to pass appropriate orders.
