He tenders across the bar a photocopy of communication dated 17-01-2020 received from petitioner and states that he may be allowed to withdraw present petition on similar terms. 2.

Learned counsel also tenders a copy of order dated 06-11-2019 passed by a division bench in Writ Petition No.9122 of 2019 and connected matters and accordingly prays for liberty to file appropriate proceedings including filing of petitions before competent judicial fori, in case, petitioners feel aggrieved by the policy framed in future by Union of India or oil distribution company. 4.
