Notice of Respondent Nos.8A and 9A is served through family members. In spite of service of notice none appeared for these Respondents. This indicates that they are not interested to oppose the Applications.

issue notice to the Respondent Nos.8A and 9A respectively in Writ Petition, returnable on 27th November, 2025.
