This application is filed for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased original petitioners on record and for condoning the delay of 1528 days caused in filing the Civil Application for filing legal representatives on record. 3.

It is stated that the applicants were not aware of filing of the petition. They came to know about the pendency of the petition and immediately thereafter, they filed this

903CA9196.23 application. The deceased died on 12.02.2019. A copy of the death certificate is produced on record along with the certificate showing the applicants are the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

In view of the above, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed off.
