PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, in view of the subsequent events after filing the Writ Petition and the fact that, the impugned order was only for the academic year 2014-2015, this Petition has become infructurous. However, he submits that, in para 8 of the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, it is stated that, one post has been reduced from the sanctioned post of petitioner no.1 school, may come in the way of the petitioner in future. In that respect, we make it clear that, any statement made in the affidavit in reply and in particular, para 8 thereof, cannot be construed in future or cannot be read as an impediment in the way of the petitioners in future. The Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
