Way back in 2012, the applicant was imposed with the conditions as :

"3. The accused should not enter the territorial limits of Parbhani district (except the territorial limits of Jintur taluka) without prior express permission of the Court. 4.

Accused should not directly or indirectly take part in any activity of PDCC Bank, which will amount in taking even remote participation of any kind in the administration of bank."

It is informed that the applicant is an elected Director of the bank and if he remained absent for three consecutive meetings of the Board of Directors, he may incur disqualification to continue to be the Director. The condition sought to be relaxed dates back to 2012, since the applicant being one of the elected Directors is expected to participate in the meetings.

In view of the same and the fact that over ten years have passed since the condition was imposed, this Court is inclined to grant the application.

The criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
