DATED : 23rdJANUARY, 2020 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that during pendency of the suit, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and in terms of the compromise placed before the Court, the trial court disposed off the suit on 10.02.2011. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents have also not disputed this position. In this Writ Petition, challenge has been made to an order passed by the trial court rejecting the application filed by a third party for intervention under Order I Rule 10 of C.P.C. In view of the above statement, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Pending Civil Applications also stand disposed off. Rule discharged.
