The petitioner Trust is seeking registration under section 41 of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015. Its proposal is pending with the respondent no.2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner also points out that necessary proposal/application in form 27 was submitted online. Deficiencies were pointed out. Those were duly complied with and still no final decision is being taken.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the petitioner'

s application, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, if it is not already decided, within a period of three months.
